Thank you for taking the first step toward serving as GP-in-Residence and hosting an Inner Circle event.
This reservation deposit confirms your commitment, holds your place in our event calendar, and allows our team to begin dedicating time, creative resources, and vendor relationships to your retreat.
Application of Deposit
Once we mutually confirm your event dates, venue(s), and preliminary budget range and countersign the Host Reservation Agreement, your deposit will be fully applied toward the agreed Inner Circle event fees and/or minimum guarantees.
If You Choose Not to Proceed
If we approve you as a GP in Residence and offer event dates but you later choose not to proceed with hosting the event, the deposit is non-refundable and will be retained as an administrative and coordination fee for work performed (venue holds, collateral, outreach, and planning).
If We Cannot Confirm Dates/Venue
If, after good-faith efforts on both sides, we are unable to secure mutually acceptable dates and/or venue(s) within the agreed planning window, you may choose either to:
- Roll your deposit forward to alternate dates, or
- Request a refund, less any pre-approved, non-recoverable third-party costs (if applicable).
If We Decline or Determine It’s Not a Fit
If Inner Circle ultimately determines that we are unable to move forward with your event as GP in Residence (for reasons of fit, timing, or capacity), your deposit will be refunded in full within 10 business days of notification.
By submitting this reservation deposit, you acknowledge and agree that:
(1) You are taking Steps 1–3 in the Inner Circle GP-in-Residence onboarding process (dates/venue lock, event design & budget framework, and sponsor/LP outreach kickoff).
(2) You understand and accept the Reservation & Deposit Policy outlined above.
This deposit allows us to treat your event as a priority and begin building a world-class Inner Circle experience around you as the featured GP in Residence.
